• 1 Agreement scope

1.1 The scope of the subject of the agreement

This agreement is an agreement between the service purchaser and KenBrowser regarding the purchased services.

1.2 Agreement relationship and conflict clauses

The content of this agreement also includes relevant agreements, business rules and other content related to this service that KenBrowser may continuously publish. • 2 Meaning of terms

• 3 Create an account

To register for a KenBrowser account, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and all activity on it.

You can browse the KenBrowser website without registering an account. But to use the app, you need to register, choose an account name and set a password. When you do this, the information you give us must be accurate and complete. Do not use an invalid or someone else's email as this will reduce your account security. You are responsible for all activity on your account and maintain the confidentiality of your password. If you find that someone is using your account without your permission, you should contact KenBrowser official support. To register for an account, you must be at least 18 years old, or of sufficient age where you live to enter into a binding contract.

This section lists things you probably already know you shouldn't do -- breaking the law, abusing people, stealing data, hacking into other people's computers, interfering with the proper working of network services, and more.

Thousands of people use KenBrowser. We want all of them to work responsibly and help us keep a great place. Don't do these things on the Site and Services:

5.3. The service purchaser purchases KenBrowser account service, the service price and service period are subject to the customer's choice.

5.4. Refunds and Compensation for Services

The service purchaser should fully understand the service scope of KenBrowser before paying. The security environment provided by KenBrowser is not recyclable. Therefore, once the service purchaser pays, it means that he recognizes the KenBrowser service. KenBrowser does not provide a refund or exchange environment.

Buyers who purchase KenBrowser whale beans should fully understand the concept and service scope of KenBrowser whale beans (referred to as "whale beans") before paying. Whale beans are commodities provided by KenBrowser that have expired and become obsolete. This product is not recyclable, so purchase Once the party pays, it means the recognition of the properties of the whale beans. The purchaser should complete the use of the whale beans within the validity period. If the validity period of the whale beans exceeds the validity period, the whale beans will be automatically destroyed. KenBrowser will not provide related refunds or extensions.

If the service purchaser encounters KenBrowser service interruption, it should contact KenBrowser after-sales customer service in time, and KenBrowser will provide users with free after-sales service. When KenBrowser fails to solve the service interruption problem after more than 48 hours after the sale, it promises to compensate the customer for the service time. The service purchaser shall submit a description of the interruption and the duration of the interruption to KenBrowser within 48 hours after the interruption of the service, and the compensation for the effective duration will be formed after confirmation by KenBrowser.

• 6 Service and Disclaimer

The server cannot be accessed (used) or data is lost due to reasons such as user arrears, failure to renew, or forgetting to renew.
